There is an Esoteric Agenda behind every facet of life that was once believed to be disconnected. There is an Elite faction guiding most of all every Political, Economic, Social, Corporate, some Non-Governmental or even Anti-Establishment Organizations. This film uses the hard work and research of professionals in every field helping to expose this agenda put the future of this planet back into the hands of the people.

Their website has another blurb:

Talismanic Idols is a compilation of information from leading researchers, Lawyers, Scholars, Doctors, Scientists, and professionals in relative fields which influence all of humanity and the reality we perceive. It is likely that everyone has reached the point somewhere in their lives where they feel something is missing or seriously wrong in the world. [link]

I can’t find any “about us” info on them… Anyway, there’s some wacky shit in that vid.

I think there might have been some cross-pollination from the “Zeitgeist” video, but I don’t know that they’ve published anything.
It might be a cult, I’m not sure. I generally consider cults to require exclusivity and a strongly charismatic leader, but I really have no idea if that’s the case here.
What’d you think of the vid?

Out of curiosity, what are you unsure about?
I’ve yet to finish it, but I also found a few points of contention that left me puzzled. The 2012 hubub is so complex that I’m critical of people that try to frame it in certainties. They mention the Hopi and Maya, but don’t mention the corroborative Hindu and Cambodian systems of cyclical ages. I’m highly cynical that Rothschild was involved in the Golden Dawn, and anyone who thinks the Golden Dawn involves ‘covens’ or ‘witches’ is a fool; however, his involvement in the Illuminati sounds much more reasonable.
Nesta Webster’s warning seems pretty accurate. It certainly reflects my experiences with many involved in occult/esoteric societies for the pursuit of power.

The art of Illuminism lay in enlisting dupes as well as adepts, and by encouraging the dreams of honest visionaries or the schemes of fanatics, by flattering the vanity of ambitious egotists, by working on unbalanced brains, or by playing on such passions as greed and power, to make men of totally divergent aims serve the secret purpose of the sect.

I’m unconvinced the lineage of the Illuminati transferred to the Masons. The myth of the Holy Grail has Celtic roots and nothing whatsoever to do with women’s menstruation. Isis was NOT the Egyptian goddess of wisdom. “Isis + Ray + El” = “Israel” = bullshit. The IMF and UN, as far as I know, have absolutely nothing to do with American Social Security numbers.
They’re definitely spot-on in regards to the pagan roots of most modern religion and the illegality of the IRS.

That’s just a bit off the top of my head…

these were a lot of points i saw as well. also, relating “amen” to amen-ra was kind of a stretch for me too ..
in general though, i suppose i just have a hard time believing the notion that those in power’s aim is basically some grandiose religious plot to restore man to a more “natural” state by starving a majority of the population.
i guess i should note that i only watched maybe an hour into it … so he may clear things up later on or something.

I watched that whole effing thing. Jesu! it was all over the place. It would go from trite to surprising to crazily self contradictive, then just fly some place way off in left field.
I think I like it more than Zeitgeist.
I was really hoping to see some “Ted Turner wants to kill off 2/3 of the world’s population” quotes in there. Some timewave stuff would have been good too. And maybe some vampires and zombie sex cults.
Thanks for the link. It was a fun watch as I sat here enduring some sort of necro-intestinal plague I picked up.

I can’t watch videos on the Internet sometimes as our wireless connection isn’t great plus when I saw it was two hours, I wouldn’t have the time anyway especially with it stopping starting because of our connection. I read the website though and I thought I actually agree with some of what they say. I feel like there is something wrong with the world and a lot of people think that way and I think it’s interesting that they think there’s an explanation for all the suffering, war etc. in the world beyond God or it simply being unknown. However since I believe in God I tend to think things that are unexplainable or have no reason to them are either “just so” and we cannot change them or due to God or something beyond my human comprehension.
Looking again at the site I don’t think they are a cult either.

Actually, ‘amen’ does very much so have esoteric roots. There doesn’t seem to be much consensus as to the etymology, but then that’s to be expected. The ‘G’ within the Freemason’s central emblem has been variously interpreted as God, geometry, gametria, silence, etc.

The dominant scholarly interpretation is that ‘amen’ roots back to Hebrew – אָמֵן. (Aleph Mem Nun). “The Talmud teaches that the word Amen can be read as an acronym for אל מלך נאמן (’El melekh ne’eman), meaning ‘God, trustworthy King,’” but theosophists, esoteric Christians and others suggest it roots back to Amun, in Egypt.
Did you see this post I made about the ‘depopulation agenda’? In “Esoteric Agenda” they harp on that, associating it with paganism (which they erroneously equate with Druidry and pantheism). I think implementing a global die-off would be a lot easier than many people suspect. The pieces of the puzzle are certainly in place, but I’m not convinced it isn’t due to negligence and greed, rather than overt machinations to control.
One thing that stood out as highly suspect (among the anti-Masonic and pagan rhetoric) was the “bloodlines of the Illuminati” that trickles through “all” European heads of state and “all” US presidents. That sounds like bovine excrement to me, and I have to think they should’ve known better.

I’ve been thinking more about this comment, and thought I might pass on a reference for you:

This book is meant for those who have ever thought there’s something deeply wrong in their life or the state of the world in general. So often we’re troubled by the anxieties of everyday life, numbly repeating daily rituals with no significance or inner meaning. Contemporary seekers long for a deeper spirituality that, while rooted in Western tradition, will reconnect them with the hidden wisdom that lies beneath all mystical teachings. For decades, our modern society has looked to the East for spiritual guidance and renewal. Here is a guide much closer to home that will lead to a refined and renewed spiritual path and help people rediscover their deeper selves—a true connection of the body, mind, and soul.
Covering the gamut from Kabbalah, Gnosticism, and Sufism to shamanism, Neopaganism, Theosophy, and mystical Christianity, Hidden Wisdom is the handbook to the Western wisdom traditions. Also included are the teachings of C.G. Jung, G.I. Gurdjieff, Alice Bailey, and Rudolf Steiner. Authors Smoley and Kinney examine the key figures and movements of these traditions throughout history to offer a balanced and coherent view of esoteric Western practices. Accessible to all readers—whether they’re considering membership or long-term practice of any one tradition or teaching or they’re simply curious about their options—this book lends advice on how to find groups and like-minded individuals and how to best avoid possible pitfalls.

    Namaste.

I missed that post. Interesting stuff.
The eugenics movement in the US was one of the most horrible things that went on in our proud past and people forget all too quickly. It is a shame that so many are sure the movement died out, because it has only gotten more tactful and strategic.
I have a feeling that we shall see a strong resurgence in the movement, much as your links support.
The Huxley speech in the vid you posted in the eugenics post was a great find.
What do you think of the connection between climate change propaganda and the population control plan raised by the “esoteric agenda” vid? I hadn’t thought of that angle yet, but it echoes some of what Turner brought up in a charlie rose interview a few days ago. Turner ranted about the coming environmental threat, and when asked why he thought it was happening replied “there are too many people on the planet”.

Relating to Mr. Turner’s interview on Charlie Rose:

Ted Turner the largest U.S. land owner and wealthy media mogul has stated yet again during a PBS interview with Charlie Rose that the world’s population needs to be reduced. Turner also used the interview as an opportunity to continue the non stop irrational fear mongering of global warming. He stated that if something isn’t done about global warming that people would soon be forced to resort to cannibalism. Turner also stated that he believes that global warming is directly related to the fact that there are too many people on the planet using too much stuff. Therefore, to fight global warming you’d need to have a dramatic reduction in population. [link]

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that these fucks have never had our interests in mind, so when they wax polemic about humanitarian environmentalism, warning bells should sound. Rallying support behind the environment is insidious, but quite effective.

aye, I saw that post. I have been screaming about the fake ecological disaster mongering for quite a while now, glad to see you picking up the mantle and devoting some of your time to scream about it yourself(I knew you would get around to it sometime).
Honestly, I thought it was just another political/economic ploy, albeit a damned effective one. I am now considering the possibility that it might be even more coercive and harmful than the call to patriots to support slaughter we are so familiar with. The climate change sham is far more likely to sink its teeth deep within that group of people who should really know better.
Credit where credit is due, the evil greedy scum have cooked up quite the ploy.

It’s only temporary till I can get a lap top (my original one was stolen over a year ago and we had to use the insurance money to pay for a locksmith to get into our safe because the burglars damaged it and the key wouldn’t work). When I’ve got a lap top I’ll be able to plug that directly into our Internet connection downstairs. We had to get wireless because our house is mid terrace with a conservatory on the back and our computer is upstairs so we didn’t want wires all over the place.

My access isn’t as bad as some peoples, I can just about watch the Directors cut of Smallville though if it pauses too much I lose patience and give up.
I’m a bit confused as to what the difference between The Grid and the Internet will be other than sensors, telescopes and tidal wave simulators, whatever they may be. Does it mean it will be much easier to share files like music/videos etc.?

It means, basically, the end of desk top hard drives. You’ll be able to basically stream movies instead of downloading, due to the speed of the connection. It’ll move packets of information large enough to process holographic displays, which opens up all new vistas of non-local connectivity. It’ll reduce the amount of wasted processing and provide massive boosts of processor when you need it – [largely] regardless of your local configuration.
Grid won’t be available to us peasants for quite a while, but it’s already available in select research facilities in Europe and North America – with more brewing. However, it’s still terrestrial-based fiberoptics. That’s a bummer, but I’d imagine they’ll find some way to hook it in for ubiquitous wireless. There’s a standing global declaration to have ubiquitous wi-fi by 2012 or something, but I’d expect innovations to quickly follow.

Thanks for explaining it to me. So in theory I could have just the Internet or “Grid” and have all my information/files on that without needing a C drive or network drive? Kids would do their essays out in cyberspace and the excuse your computer crashed wouldn’t be a valid excuse anymore?

Of course, then arise numerous concerns over securing content; making Internet neutrality even more pertinent.
